Pricing explained
How does the pricing work?
No confusing tiers and no surprise charges. Here's exactly how your bill is calculated.
- Billing is done annually (once per year).
- Launch offer pricing applies to the first year only; renewal rates apply from Year 2 onwards.
- Minimum billing of 100 students for the Basic plan and 200–300 students for school plans.
- Mid-year additions (new admissions) are billed on a pro-rata basis.
- Add-ons (WhatsApp, SMS, GPS hardware and others) are billed separately.
- GST at 18% is charged in addition to the plan fee.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once the plan is activated for the year, as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
